Bittuji did go overboard this time, mused RK after seeing the bungalow & arrangements Bittuji has done for them.
"WWOowww..this place is so romantic!!!" spoke madhu dreamily, as if on cue "I can stay here foreverrr!!!"
"We are here just for a few days." Informed RK.
Bittuji has booked a beautiful exotic bungalow on an Isolated Island for them..they had a beautiful deck ,nice swimming pool & a private beach all to themselves..It was a perfect setting for honeymooners. RK cursed him!!


RK was on the phone when she came out of the washroom wearing a noodle strap baby pink silk nightie that reached just a little above her thighs she let her hair down, her soft curls brushing her cheeks..His eyes popped out from there socket for a second, before he sobered himself. She came towards him.
"Kis se baat kar rahe ho..Maa se??" she asked simply, unaware of the havoc she was creating in him.
"Umm..Naah.." He disconnected the call "Madhu its getting late, you need to rest so you go to sleep, I've some work I'll be in the study..call me if you need anything..okay " He started to leave when she held his hand.
"Rishabh I know you are trying to avoid me" she said disheartened.
"Its nothing like that you are over thinking..you need rest" He said without looking into her eyes.
"I know it Rishabh..its about the accident na..Maa told me everything..Why you didn't come to meet me in the hospital.. I know it"
Rishabh was SHOCKED she knows everything..why did maa tell her all this...Its not good for her...How am I going to make her understand everything..I can't hurt her..not now atleast..
"you knew it all this while & still you are not angry with me??"asked RK
"Rishabh its not your fault"
"you are very forgiving & innocent Madhu..But this all is my fault"
"Rishabh we had a fight & every couple has fights..but that doesn't justify me carelessly roaming around the streets & throwing myself in front of a car...Its not yours, its my fault..I was careless , I should have been mature enough..Maa told me that you blamed yourself for the accident that is why you couldn't face me..I could still see that you couldn't bring yourself to look into my eyes..."
Maa told her only half the truth!!
"But Madhu..."
"Rishabh you have to understand, things happen for a reason..its destiny..If something bad has to happen to me you can't stop that from happening"
"Don't you wanna know why did we fight that night??" RK asked not knowing what he wanted to hear from her & Whether he wanted her to know the truth or not!!!
"No Rishabh...if it would have been worth remembering then I wouldn't have forgotten it in the first place...Well couples fight, scream & shout at each other in the night & forget it by the morning & that is how marriages work..I'm glad I don't remember it & you should also forget that fateful night...Now all I know is I have a very handsome n sweet husband who cares for me so much that he is blaming himself for something that he never did" she smiled warmly at him.
Madhu only if you knew the truth!!!
"Hmm" He smiled back but it didn't reach his eyes "Now its getting really late & you should seriously sleep"
He made her lie on the bed , gave her the pills and pulled the blanket over her.
"Good night Madhu.."
"Hmmm..good night" she was already feeling dizzy after taking the pills.

And he went to the study..He needed some time alone.

After hearing her RK felt all the more guilty he wanted to get it all out..He wanted to tell her the truth..Now after knowing her, He couldn't keep her in the dark..She deserved to know the truth & He deserved to pay for all he did to her...
No I can't let her know anything She is too vulnerable right now..only way to repent my sins is to treat her the way she deserves, to keep her happy so that she gets cured soon & once she is stable I'll let her know the truth..I will not cheat her anymore!!

After an hour he decided to sleep n went to the bedroom...He was dumbstruck seeing the sight in front of him.
Madhu was sleeping soundly hugging her pillow, she had a slight smile..her face was glowing in the night light...her soft delicate curls falling over her face..she looked ethereal.
he has never seen her like that , so relaxed & at peace..Earlier she used to sleep on one side of the bed , straight, with her back to him..
But today seeing her like that, it made for a beautiful sight..The painter in him wanted to paint this sight on his canvas..His hands badly itched to touch her cheeks, just once!!

He went ahead...he couldn't take his eyes off of her..he sat beside her n bent over her a little..carefully tucked her hair behind her ear so that he can get a full view of her beautiful face..He then very delicately brushed his fingers to her cheeks, She shifted a little on his touch which brought a smile to his face..His eyes lingering from her eyes to her lips to her neck &...STOP IT RK!!control yourself !!!

He got out of his trance..& jerked his hand away..to this she shifted in her sleep but thankfully didn't wake up!!
After realizing (but not regretting) what he did He got up n decided to sleep on the couch rather!!!


next morning thankfully he woke up before her, now he wouldn't have to explain it to her why did he sleep on the couch...but his back got stiff sleeping on the couch..he was stretching his arms to ease his muscles, when she woke up!!!
"Good morning Rishabh!!!"
She looked fresh as the morning dew..Her face glowing all the more..n her hair a little disheveled making her look irresistible stop it RK!!!
"lagta hai you didn't have a good night sleep"
"yeah..I have trouble sleeping in the new place" He lied.
"Ohhh"


He didn't want to stay with her alone in this room..So He planned to take her out..
She wore her plazo pants n a crop top exposing her milky white waist..& tied her hair into a high pony..but still few strands of her soft delicate curls fell on her face..Every time he saw her curls brushing her face his hands itched badly to tuck them behind her ear & brush his fingers instead!!

He had been living with her for past seven months He knew she is beautiful..she wore similar western outfits earlier also but He never felt himself attracted to her...but he didn't know what has changed in just these few days that He couldn't help but being attracted to her!!

They went to an inhabited Island..She was so excited seeing the life of Maldivians and their culture..She loved their simple life.She had fun interacting with the locals..And she enjoyed the most while playing with the kids on the beach, she made sand castles on the beach, wrote Rishabh loves Madhubala' on the sand..It really amazed Rishabh, how she finds happiness in these little things. She was so happy & excited like an innocent child and seeing her happy Rishabh felt content.

"Rishabh I want to go fishing" she said making a pleading face.
"Madhu we are already getting late..aren't you tired..you should rest"
"Rest..rest..rest..I've been resting only for past fifteen days" She said pouting "now I want to have some fun"
"But Madhu..."
"No If No but.. "
"Only jatt" he laughed.
"nahi..no buts..you are only going to listen to me husband" husband!! She said faking anger. Seeing her trying so hard to look angry he couldn't control his laugh..& this irked her..

"Rishabh we are going fishing" She declared.
"Okay..but"
"phirse but!!" she pouted.
"But we are not fishing here..I'm taking you to a better place"
"yeahhh..n we are going to have a competition..who catches more" She clapped her hands
"which obviously I will win"
"we will see" she challenged him.
and then She clung to his arm.. Surprisingly he too didn't realize that he didn't feel awkward at this action of hers.



It was close to sunset, He arranged for a luxurious cruise & they went to the reef to get a good catch...She was trying really hard to get a catch but didn't have much luck...Rk on the other hand caught some good catch..
"So who is winning now??" RK teased her.
"you know its all about luck..today its not my day!! "
"Its not about the luck..its about the technique ..Silly!!."
He held both her hands on the rod and slowly taught her the technique He taught her very patiently how to use the lines, hooks and sinkers.
And after his directions she finally succeeded & caught a fish.
"yeaaa I got one..I got one..I got one!!!" she placed it on the side and in excitement she hugged him...he got conscious initially but then realizing her joy He hugged her back lightly and hesitantly.
"dekha its not about the luck its about the technique" said RK.
"NoPe" she said popping the P.. "it is about the luck..its my luck that I have you as my husband!!" she stated simply.

"since its your first catch, lets celebrate.."
"how??"
"lets have this beauty for dinner"
"But what about the ones you have caught... we can have them"
"Nope..This one is special!!" he smiled


They went to a very nice and romantic restaurant with an open deck on the beach It was a perfect setting, a dinner under the stars with a flicker of candle light..RK especially asked the head Chef to cook the fish that Madhu had caught, for them.

They were waiting for their dinner when, in this very under crowded place also few girls recognized RK..They came to them & asked for his autograph he gave his autograph & politely conversed with them..Then the hottest one of them asked for his picture..to which he agreed ...She stood really close to him & held him by his waist he also put his hand on her shoulder...seeing that it riled up Madhu..When He was done with the picture He looked at Madhu & She was giving him murderous glares..

"Enough..I think its time we had our dinner ...I'm very hungry" said loud n clear a very riled up Madhu.

Sensing her anger those fangirls left..& RK sat right in front of angry glaring Madhu,
"How dare she lay her hands on you...yeh 5 feet 5 inch ki wife dikhayi nahin deti hai.."
Her face was red in anger n her button nose flared & she looked irresistibly cute to RK, looking at her he couldn't control his laugh..& she got all the more angry..& more cute
She held him by his collar n pulled him close
"you dare not ever flirt with any other girl Mr Rishabh Kundra or else first I'll finish off that bi**h n then, I will not kill you but I will make your life worse than hell..remember this" she warned RK looking into his eyes
ooohh.. feisty Madhubala..I never knew she could be this angry..she has no idea how her possessiveness is making me go crazy..GET A GRIP RK!! Control yourself..you are going wrong!!!

As if on cue, his phone rang.. Its DIPALI.. Suddenly his smile vanished..its been two days he didn't talk to her n he didn't even miss her..its been Madhubala on his mind since the day he met her in the hospital..He completely forgot about Dipali..n He didn't like that.

"Everything Okay Rishabh??" asked Madhu sensing the sudden change in his expressions.
"yeah..Excuse me I have to take this call" and RK went without even looking at her.

"you know what baby..I have a very good news for us" said Dipali very animatedly.
"What is it Dips??" she didn't even ask me why I din call her..What am I doing I'm here with Madhu She is not even concerned "you dare not ever flirt with any other girl Mr Rishabh Kundra" Madhu's words echoed in his ears, just a random girl flirting with him set her off..& here he is with Madhu alone & it didn't matter to Dipali much!!!
"Are you even listening RK??"
"huh..what"
"What is wrong with you RK I just told you the biggest news & you didn't listen" said Dipali irritated.
"Sorry its the network problem..what were you saying??"
"I said company renewed my contract I'll be the face of the brand for another three years..Isn't it great!!"
"Great??? Dipali Do you understand, that you signing the contract means we can't marry for another 3 years"
"Marriage?? Since when do care about being married my hero"
"Dipali I told you not to sign the contract.."
"yeah but then situation was different.. your wife found out about us & you were getting divorced and I wasn't going to sign the contract then"
"Or you weren't getting the contract then" gave back a very angry Rishabh.
"RK my love you know its not like that..see right now everything is perfect that girl.."
"she has a name"
"yeah MADHU she doesn't remember anything thats the good thing you can fool her for another year or two then there will be divorce proceedings ..& lo three years will pass & you won't even realize"
"DIPALI I'm not going to keep her in the dark..I don't care about your contract..I give a damn "
"Oh C'mon RK...we understand each other..I've never come between you n your career you should do the same ... RK be practical"
"I'm done being practical" he disconnected the call.

He was furious at her not just for signing the contract but more because she wanted him to deceive Madhu..She wanted to use Madhu for the sake of her stupid contract..He felt disgusted with her.

meanwhile at the restaurant MAdhu was getting anxious, the way Rk has left made her worry..to calm herself down she gulps down the Red wine Rk has ordered for himself..RK was taking long so she kept drinking..soon enough her head started spinning.

Seeing RK come she wanted to rush to him..but she couldn't feel her feet..she was so drunk..by the time she managed to get up Rk was right besides her..sensing him close she tried to rush to him but stumbled and held him by his collar for support..she clung to him..He was startled by this, he held her by her waist & tried to balance her..
he looked over her shoulder n saw the half empty wine bottle.. holy sh*t she is drunk???
