Raja's charm is not good enough for me to digest this East India Company time village story... I don't know if these things happen now or not, and I don't care!!!

You cannot compare Madhu senior with JM.

Madhu senior listened to pabho because she didn't want anything bad happen to RK. Out of love for RK.

And JM is doing these stupid thing because Raja is forcing her to do it, and she is hating him.

Disliking a track is not negative thinking I guess!!

but i did not agree with a part of the episode

i wish raja had looked into her eyes

then he would have surely understood her pain

he would have known that she was suffering

but i am keeping positive

These Rituals STILL happens in the Village 'Bhairavgarh' (M.P) which they fearlessly stated on Television with Name, So these rituals DO happen in that Village and some other Villages as well . They Welcome New Married Girl like this ,It's their way of welcoming new Bride.
