AK pushed Raju into the pool...police wud have asked why Raju was being violent towards Leela in the first place
AK overdosed Raju...witness milta ?
AK hit Raju with the truck .again witness milta ?

It was her word against a influential respected movie star ...that too she is wife of the victim here so her word is compromised in the court of law.

JM fought back in the only manner available to her then...if it wasnt for her Dida's condition or Raju being adopted by AK...her reaction would have been different.
