. What we need is a romantic break of the two even in a studio if the budget is a problem.This vicious cycle of ambiguity,drinking,apologizing ,forgiving, and M bhajan is too much.If they really want to proceed with Bhai 2 session the show needs some positive interim track .

I agree...we need a respite. But looks like psycho's on the looose..yeh sab hoga kaise??

BTW, just read that TRPs are less than uttran??? 😲

TRP Charts for Week 50:

Lets play a morbid guessing game "How low can MBEIEJ TRPs go?" Every week, I think, wow, we should have hit rock bottom by now. But nooo, each week turns out to be lower than the previous.

Having said that, BTW I feel like we HAVE indeed hit rock bottom 😃, next week may be better (And of course I'm optimistic. This is the week I've started watching again properly.)

TRPs went to 1.8 vs. 1.9, down 5%. MB's position is at #20. I'm not going to do the "funny math" of counting shows that share the same TRP as the same position #. What I have found from looking at TVTs is that there is always a small difference between shows, which gets rounded off when doing TRPs. So no point in making the situation seem better than it actually is 😊.

MB had the dubious 🤢 honor of being one of the 3 shows among the top 20 shows that decreased TRPs. All other shows had an increase.

Bottom-line, whatever they are doing with the show isn't working - a previously razor sharp intelligent RK now weakened and illogical; many are probably sick of the halo around Madhu; story and its narration doesn't sense (except to the CVs 🤣) etc etc.

Hopefully next week numbers may be a little better - there seems to be indications that they are moving this track along quickly. I wonder what the production house feels though about their ineptness and inability to come up with a winning formula. Aren't they worried about their previous success for a few months being perceived as just being a lucky fluke?

Weekly TRP historical trends are below (note: data converted from TVTs to TRPs so that we could have consistent comparison points. This is a rough inexact conversion and may not match to the second decimal place with other estimates due to minor differences in conversion methodology)

Note: Data converted from TVTs to TRPs from week 31 - week 48 onwards. Does not take into consideration impact of adding new markets at various points. Size of these markets, viewing patterns, demographics, level of digitization etc. of those markets would impact TRPs. Also, hard to judge IPL's exact impact.

The two charts below show: 1) Top 20 shows TRPs and 2) TRP increase/drop for those shows, compared to the week prior. The blue bars on the second chart are the ones that did better, the red are the ones that did worse, and the no bars are the ones that were the same.

Note:

TRPs for Taarak have not been available for the last two weeks. They will be updated as soon as they become available. As of now, numbers from two weeks ago were plugged in as a placeholder.
Like last week, this week also there was no TVT data was received. If TVT data does become available, the rankings will be adjusted to reflect that.
This is a rough analysis. Please feel free to point out any holes.

Thanks Meenu.. I agree.. Sidelining RK was what killed the show.. Looks like the upcoming track is gonna butcher him even more..

Where is the smart suave RK who would read through people? Mark my words, Ria track will also be at expense of RK only.. He will again be made stupid.. And Mahaan madhu would come to his rescue after the separation.. 😡

Kashish, of course they won't show him very intelligent in this track because if they do, then he will deal with Ria in one day and track khatam, here what they are trying to show is that Rk thinks she is a friend but she actually has other intentions, they also want to show that Rk will help her out of pity as she is lonely and since he used to feel that way once he might find it ok to help her

Moreover they want to show us a war between Ria and Madhu, who will be able to win, will Ria be able with her cunning strategies to destroy Madhu's marriage, and for that Rk needs to be unware of what's happening warna as I said the track will end at a finger's snap of shrewd Rk, and this track requirment is not that

I just wish Madhu's plans this time to be efficient and not only determined looks and tall claims with zero results

As for Rk, it would be very pleasant if they show his intelligence, if not all his intelligence at least some, no one would like a dumb hero
