I agree...while I can connect to RK even at his darkest...Madhu does not seem to do anything humane to which I can relate to.

The problem is that CVs have attacked the core of RK's character - his junoon for Madhu in this track. That is why I cannot stand it...CVs are finally trying to ruin him completely this way.
He has done bad things in this track, from a POV which I can understand but never ever condone. Just as Madhu needs to grow up, RK too needs to wake up and regain his fighting spirit and stop behaving like a loser.

And RK long ago stated he is a selfish lover.
But he is a most cherishing lover as well.
You say he doesnt care...i say he cares too much,...i can give you ample examples of his caring about Madhu more than himself right from the start...be it after unwedding, bhai track, after marriage.
But one cannot always keep doing so when there is less than equal reciprocation from the other side. 😆
Madhu is not fit to be a wife or lover anymore. She was a failure as a wife right from after the wedding. And later she failed as a lover as well.



RK apologized and she forgave him. Dont forget she was no innocent soul for what she tried to do after that 😆...her forgiveness was half love and also half guilt.😆...just as RK's apology was half love and half guilt. So hisaab baraabar. 😆
And all her actions after that point have negated whatever she did before. A good deed does not a thousand mistakes hide. 😆
But the problem is she does not accept her mistakes ever 😆



What has she been exposed to ? rat bites, hypothermia, a newspaper scandal and an abortion. First two were he own doing, third was inconsequential and fourth was the fault of both her and RK.
Do I make a list of all that RK has been exposed to? 😆

The problem is not her thinking process...the problem is her thinking that she is always right and trying to play God 🥱...and then trying to justify her POV and not care about the POV of others 🥱



In her place, I would have handcuffed RK and 'convinced' him until he understood his insecurity was baseless. 😆😉
RK's love is selfish...not self-centred. There is a difference. His love is acutely centred on Madhu. What she does, says and acts.
This is where he has been butchered. His defining Junoon to protect his center has been mutilated by CVs.


Has she really accepted him JJ? As he is?
Her words to Bittuji...she tolerates his misbehaviour because he loves her...
That in no way is the mentality of a loving wife. That is the mentality of a self-righteous short-sighted "girl" who feels she is doing charity by loving him despite his flaws. 😆
Whatever respect I had for her love was lost with this dialogue. 😆

Day by day I get more confused 😆 sometimes I see all what Rk suffered and lost and I say in his place I would also have felt the same, and other times I see Madhu with her all good intentions unable to save her relationship and getting cold treatment from Rk when she needs him most and when she loves him and only thinks about his happiness!

I miss Rk's junoon I guess this is my problem I would have loved him in this track just like I did in the post unwedding and psycho track if they kept his junoon on the surface, but now they seem to highlight his indifference more than the care he has for her because yes he still cares if not he wouldn't have invited her to dinner, he wouldn't have felt bad after Ria discloses his lie but again when he will try to make up for it to her, chawl people will come to wish her and he will once again will feel sidelined and go to drink with Ria!!!!

You know what I feel like kidnapping both RM, lock them in some room not before slapping them and telling them all what I think, and then let them in that room till they solve their problems

you have written very well and I admire your critical analysis but you know something ?your analysis of Madhubala who is also being rated as "boring" by some all I can say is that its very difficult to understand simplicity.RK also keeps telling Madhu not to be God.
Anyway,I have only one question from the cvs that if RK's ego has to be fanned why is he getting attracted to a woman who is pretty bad for his ego,in other words at this moment he should be looking for a person who would be all over him but on the contrary,this Riya dame is shooing him away and he's chasing after her.Basically he's just running away and maybe at a later stage he will try and play God by trying to make a star out of Riya.

It is also very unnatural for the character of RK to be shown as getting so physical with strange woman whereas he's keeping his wife at an arm's length.

The most irksome part of the present track is that Vaishnavi's acting is very unconvincing of the character she's playing.
