The film which they were shooting together might become Madhu centric now. Since RK won't be able to shoot, the storyline might be changed to make it a heroine centric film. The director of the film has already suggested this to RK.

As RK is also the producer of the film, Madhu might have to take that role also. Being a producer, she will have more power over the crew and this may not bode well with RK.
