Madhu was literally cursing RK for convincing her in going to the village. First she decided to go alone but her friend Rimjhim pestered to go with her, so she took her. At first in the morning, they missed their train, all thanks to Rimjhim. Madhu wonders sometimes when the heck this girl will learn to get up early from her beauty sleep. After that somehow they reached the village they got to know that today is a vehicle strike and the only possible way to get to her house is the bullock cart. Now both of them are sitting in the bullock cart and somehow going.

Rimjhim smiled at Madhu sheepishly. Madhu asked, "What???"

R- Nahi main soch rahi thi ki RK aata to kitna accha hota.

M- Kyun??? Woh nahi hai to kitni shanti hai...

R- But woh hota to apni bakwas se humein entertain karta na?

M- Haan woh to hai...

R- I am missing him yaar...

M- Haan me too...le ghar aa gaya.

Cart driver- Behenjee, ghar thodi aa gaya, kahiye aap ghar aa gaye..

Both the girls rolled their eyes and entered the house. Rimjhim was very happy with such a warm welcome but was a bit surprised to see that Madhu's father was so cold towards Madhu. She could understand it. Once they were showed their room she quickly freshened up and started to do her work for which she actually came here.

It took her full five hours to know Madhu's family closely and ofcourse collect information about Prem. Madhu's family was a big one. Her father had two brothers. Madhu had total five siblings, two elder brothers and two younger brothers. Madhu's mother told Rimjhim that Madhu was born a girl after many ages in their family. So, she was always pampered and this was why she was sent to college inspite of full denial of Prem's family.

Among the memvers, the person whom Rimjhim liked the most was Madhu's grandfather. He too did not want Madhu to marry Prem as he thought that Madhu's marriage should be according to her wish and not that of her family's. Rimjhim thought to tell him what she had planned to save madhu from this marriage.

After dinner Madhu and Rimjhim wnet chit chatting with Madhu's aunts when Shamsher came and announced, "Kal Prem aa raha hai, taiyaar rehna Madhu." Madhu felt her eyes filling up with tears when one of her aunt said, "Par bhaisaab, Prem k gharwale to haridwar gaye hai na? Kya unhe pata hai ki prem kal aa raha hai?"

S- Haan par Prem nahi gaya. Haan woh log to Prem se milne Delhi pehle gaye hai aur waha se hi Haridwar chale gaye hai. Pata hai Prem se shayad main 18 saal baad miloonga, pichli baar jab dekha tha kitna chota tha. Ab to padhai karke shahab ban gaya hoga. Usse padhne bheja tha to usne sirf padhai hi kit hi, meri beti ki tarah to aakhir nahi hai na...

Madhu looked at Shamsher in tears while he left with a look of disgust. After a while Madhu's aunts also left and she broke down. Rimjhim consoled her saying, "Mat ro Madhu, sab thik ho jayega. Shayad Prem tujhe pasand aa jaye??"

M- Kabhi nahi, main kissi mawali ke saath kaise apni zindagi bita sakti hoon??

R- Don't worry sab thik hoga.

Next morning, Madhu woke up with a hope that Prem might not come. She took a quick bath and wore a pretty simple lehenga as asked by her mother. She left her open. Rimjhim was sittuing downstairs with Padmini, Madhu's mother when they saw a car stopping in front of their house. A young man got down from the car and opened his goggles. Rimjhim's eyes popped out seeing the person and she was about to tell his name when Shamsher came and the man touched his feet and said, "Pranam Kaka, pehchana mujhe? Main Prem..."

Rimjhim was so confused. She should either believe her eyes or her ears and she did not know which one to believe. Shamsher hugged the man and called out, "Madhuuu!!!! Dekh kaun aaya hai????"

The man touched the feet of others and everyone blessed him. Then he turned towards Rimjhim and winked. Rimjhim's eyes widened and she quickly pulled Madhu to herself and said, "Madhu, ab jot u dekhegi, tujhe viswas nahi hoga, par react mat karna ok??"

M- Par kyun Rimjhim main aaisa kya...oh god!!

Madhu's eyes fell on the man who was smiling at her. He advanced his hands towards Madhu and said, "Madhu??"

Madhu shaked his hands and he continued, "Main Prem."

She gasped in shock and looked towards Rimjhim who herself looked baffled. Shamsher asked, "beta Madhu ki umar ki to do ladkiyaan hai, tumhe kaise pata chala ki yehi madhu hai?"

The man gave a smirk and said, "Baba se suna tha ki Madhu sabse bohot pyaar karti hai aur uski aankho mein bhi woh pyaar jhalakta hai. Aaj woh pyaar mujhe bhi inki aankho mein dikha to bas maine inhe pehchan liya."

They all went inside the house and Prem was received very warmly. After lunch, Shamsher asked Madhu to show Prem the house and Madhu took him along with her. When they were away from everyone's sight, Madhu pulled the man inside one room and asked, "tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?"

He started singing, "Jaanam dekhlo, mit gayi dooriyan, main yahaan hoon yahaan hoon yahaan hoon yahaan..."

Madhu whacked his arm and asked, "One last main puch rahi hoon ki tum yaha kya kar rahe ho??"

The man came near her and said, "Maine tumse kaha tha na ki gaon mein kuch accha hoga tumhare saath, lo tumhari zindagi mein kuch accha karne main, yani, the great Rishabh Kundra, pohonch gaya, tumhare desh, tumhare gaon, tumhare ghar, tumhari zindagi mein honey..."

Madhu opened her mouth to say something but before she could say anything they were interrupted by a voice, "Tum dono???????"
