Part 6
Madhu went back to hostel and wrote a note for Rimjhim .
"Dear Rimjhim, meri zindagi mein ab kuch bacha to hai nahi, isliye maine socha ki zindagi hi khatam kar loon. Mere gharwalon ko thoda sambhal lena aur apna khayal rakhna.
Madhu."
Madhu went to Rimjhim's room and kept it on her table. Slowly she walked out and was walking aimlessly. Suddenly RK arrived from nowhere and asked in his usual irritating tone, "Kaha kaa rahiho Madbala??"
M- Marne jaa rahi hoon...
RK- Really?? What a pleasant surprise!!!
M- Western peak ka rasta bata sakte ho??
RK- Jaroor...Aage jaakar left lena, jo peha right aayega waha se sidha jana tumhe tumhari manjil mil jayegi...
M- Thank you...
Saying this she again started walking. RK was whistling when suddenly Rimjhim came running to him. She shouted at the top of her voice, "RK!!!!!"
RK was startled with Rimjhim's voice. She was panting and she asked him, "Madhu kaha hai?"
RK- Mujhe kya pata??
R- Bohot logo ne Madhu ko akhri baar tumhare saath baat karte hue dekha tha. Batao...
RK: Wo to mujhse puch rahi thi ki Western peak pe jaane ka sabse short cut raasta kaunsa hai?
R- What??? Aur tumne usse bata diya hoga??
RK- Haan, wo mujhse puchi aur maine bataya.
R- How could you RK?? Mana ki tumhara aur uska relation thoda ajeeb hai par tumne usse marne bhej diya??
RK- Marna??? Main kyun usse marne bhejunga??
R- Stupid, wo suicide karne gayi hai. Apne kamre mein ek suicidal note chor ke gayi thi wo. Jaldi chalo isse pehle ki wo kuch kar le.
RK- But wo suicide kyun karna chahti hai?
R- Mujhe kya pata??? Chalo jaldi...
RK was getting tense by each passing second. At first he was feeling guilty as he was the one who had sent Madhu to the western peak. Then he started to think seriously why she would try to commit suicide. They quickly reached western peak and fortunately Madhu was standing at the edge of the cliff. They ran towards her.
Madhu was about to jump off the cliff when a strong manly hand pulled her back. She turned ad bumped into the person's chest. She smelled a much known perfume and slowly looked up with tears in her eyes. It was indeed RK.
RK shouted at her, "Kya kar rahi thi tum??? Kyun jaan dene jaa rahi thi tum?? Haan??"
Rimjhim shouted at him more loudly, "Arre, tumne hi to usse marne ka raasta bataya tha..."
RK- Meri maa mujhe kya pata tha ki yeh sach mein marne jaayegi??? Pehle isse sambhalo fir...arre...isse kya hua??"
Both of them saw that Madhu had fainted in RK's arms. RK told Rimjhim, "mera ghar pass me hi hai, tum chalo isse wahi le jaate hai."
After the doctor left, RK entered the room and asked Rimjhim, "Doctor ne kya kaha??"
R- Stress ke wajah se behosh ho gayi hai, bas...lo isse hosh bhi aa gaya.
Madhu opened her eyes and found an unknown environment. She was surprised as it neither looked like her hostel room or Rimjhim's room. Then she found Rimjhim and RK standing by her side. Rimjhim sat on the bed and Helped her to sit up. RK sat beside her. As if sensing her question he spoke, "Yeh mera ghar hai, tum behosh thi issiliye tumhe yaha laya, hostel le jaata to bakhera khara ho jata. Ab aap kripya yeh batayengi ki aap marne kyun gayi thi??"
Madhu suddenly started to cry. Rimjhim tried to console her. Madhu slowly raised her eyes towards Rimjhim and narrated how her uncle misunderstood the whole situation of her and RK. RK asked her, "To ab wo tumhe ghar bula rahe hai. To tum chali jaao na. I mean tum waha jaakar apne papa ko samjhao. Wo jaroor maan jayenge."
M- Aaisa nahi ho sakta hai RK.
RK- Kyun nahi ho sakta???
M- RK, mere baba k eek bachpan ke dost hai, jinka naam Amar Thakur hai. Baba ki iccha thi ki unke bete Prem Thakur ke saath meri shaadi ho. Ma ki zid se main yaha sheher padne aayi thi, aur tay tha ki meri padhai poori hote hi meri shaadi karwa di jaayegi, lekin ab agar main gaao wapas gayi to meri shaadi karwa di jaayegi.
RK- To tum Prem shaadi nahi karna chahti, kyun??
M- Do reason hai, pehla ki apna padhai poora karna chahti hoon. Aur doosra ki Prem bhi sheher mein rehta hai I mean, Delhi mein rehta hai lekin woh illiterate hai aur Delhi mein mawaliyon ki tarah rehta hai, hala ki yeh baat mere gharwalon ko nahi pata. Unhe pata hai ki Prem waha business karta hai. Yeh baat sirf maa aur mujhe pata hai kyunki humne ekbaar Amar kaka ko phone Prem se in sab bare mein baat karte huye sun liya tha. Ab tum batao ki Main kya karoon? Main kissi gunde se to shaadi nahi kar sakti na???
RK- Kaafi gambhir mamla hai. Par madhu gaon to tumhe wapas jaana hi hoga na warna tumhare gharwale yaha aajayenga.
M- Issiliye to main marne gayi thi. Lekin tum dono par to mahan banne ka bhoot sawar tha, mujhe bachane jo chale gaye.
R- Arre??? Ek to tujhe bachay upar se tu humein daant rahi hai??
M-Bachaya kyun??? Bachaya hai issiliye to daant rahi hoon, nahi bachata to kitna accha hota, main to marna hi chahti thi.
Saying this she again started crying. RK suddenly held her hand and said, "Madhu, zindagi mein bohot saari mushkile aayengi, sabse haarke agar marbe ki baat karogi to kaise chalega??? Tumhe to mushkil ka saamna karna chahiye. Zindagi ekbaar hi milti hai Madhu, isse jitna ho sake jee lo. Agar apne liye jeene ki umeed khatam ho jaaye, to dusro ke liye jjeo, jo tumhare paas hone se khush hote hai." After sometime he winked at her and said, "Agar tum nahi hogi Madbala, to mera kya hoga??? Main to khush rehte rehte thak jaoonga." Madhu frowned and he continued, "Tum apne ghar jaao. Rimjhim ko saath le jaana. Waha agar jaogi to sach mein tumhare saath accha hoga, kuch bura nahi hoga. Bas ekbaar tum waha jaakar dekho."
