Part 4

Rimjhim tries to console Madhu. RK feels bad as well as guilty since locking her in the room was his plan. He pulls Rimjhim aside and asks, "Kya Madhu ka perform karna itna jaroori hai?" Rimjhim glares at him and said, "Obviously, wo to dance ke liye pagal hai. Tumne dekha nahi kya, college ke har function mein wo perform karti hai? Ab aaj kya hoga?" RK thought for a while and and then smiled and said, "Mere paas ek idea hai par tumhe Madhu ko manana hoga..." He explained his idea to Rimjhim.

Rimjhim slowly said to Madhu, "Madhu tu to perform nahi kar sakti na? par ek upay hai jisse tu perform kar bhi sakti hai aur iss saal ka best dance award bhi le sakti hai."

M- Kya? Jaldi bata??

R- Tu RK ke saath duet perform kar.

M- What???? Tu pagal ho gayi hai kya?? Jiski wajah se meri halat hai main uske saath dance karoongi??

R- Exactly!! Dekh uski wajah teri yeh halat hai, usne galti ki hai, to usse galti ki saja bhi to milni chahiye na? yehi hogi uski saja, tujhe first prize dilana.

M- Nahi Rimjhim, agar main uske saath dance kaise karoongi, mera pair hilne ke layak bhi nahi hai itna dard ho raha hi. Aur agar maine kar bhi liya, to kya gurantee hai ki mujhe first prize hi milega?

M- Milega to jaroor, tu karke to dhek, aur rahi baat tere pair ke hilne ki to wo bhi RK sambhal lega.

The host announced Madhu's name. Madhu was ready in her red gown. She waited for RK. Suddenly she felt a tap on her shoulder and turned. There was standing RK in black suit. He was looking exactly like a charming prince waiting for his princess. Madhu frowned and said, "Ab jaldi chalo, mera naam announce ho gaya hai."
Rimjhim got on the stage and said, "Ladies and Gentleman, agla program ek duet dance hai, jo ki, Rishab Kundra yani humare pyaare RK aur Madhubala Malik pesh kar rahe hai." The whole auditorium became surprised as these two names never go side by side, and today they were dancing together.

The hall was darkened. The song started to play

Suno na, kahe kya suno na, dil mera suno na

Sun lo zaraaa...

Teri baahon mein mujhe rehna

Hai raat bhar

Teri baahon mein hogi subah...

Madhu opened her arms taking in the bliss of the song. Her feet was paining but she kept moving her body with the tune.

Beintehaan...beintehaan

Yun pyaar kar Beintehaan..

RK entered the stage and slipped his hands on Madhu's waist. He also moved his body with the tune and kept moving Madhu.

Dekha karoon sari umar

Tere nishaan Beintehaan...

Koi kasar na rahe meri khabar na rahe

Chule mujhe iss kadar Beintehaan...

RK lifted Madhu from her waist and twirled her round. Madhu kept her hands over RK's hands and clutched it tight in fear of falling. RK softly placed her down and bent to pick her up on his back.

Beintehaan...Beintehaan

Yun pyaar kar Beintehaan..

Hmmm...

RK pulled Madhu on him and gently pushed her a little back. He lifted her injured leg and placed it on his foot. Madhu balanced herself on RK's foot.

Hmmm...Sharmake do

Saayein hai jo

Muh fer le humse yaha....

Madhu got down from RK's foot and stood on her proper leg. RK lifted her injured leg and twirled her fast on her one foot. Madhu gracefully made rounds on the tune.

Ha chu to liya hai yeh jism tune

Rooh bhi chumle..

Alfaaz bhige bhige kyun hai mere....

Madhu advanced her hands and left her body weight fully on RK. He pulled her closer and held her from her back and waist.

Haan yun chur hoke majboor hoke

Katra katra kae

Ahsaas bhige bhige kyun hai mere....

RK back hugged Madhu pulling her closer to his body. Madhu could feel his perfect six pack abs which sent a chilling sensation through her spine. His warm breath was touch Madhu's nape and she was shivering.

Do bekhabar bhige badan

Ho besabar bhige badan

Le rahe raat bhar angraiyaan...

RK turned Madhu towards himself and picked her up. Madhu placed her hands around RK's neck and looked into his eyes. It had something special, some unspoken paasion in it which was intoxicating Madhu. She saw his sexy smirk and he moved round with her in his arms.

Beintehaan...beintehaan

Yun pyaar kar Beintehaan..

Dekha karoon sari umar

Tere nishaan Beintehaan...

Chule mujhe iss kadar Beintehaan...

RK put Madhu down and pulled her with one hand. She twirled and fell in his arms, creating the famous RK pose. Both of them were lost in each other's eyes. The audience broke into applause and that was when they came out of their trance.

Madhu sat with Rimjhim among other participants. Her foot was hurting a lot due to the dancing but surprisingly it wasn't paining during the performance. The program was soon over and now it was time for prize distribution. After all other prizes it came the time of best dance performance. Madhu's face had a disappointed expression as she knew that she would not be getting this prize. The judges announced, "The best dance performance of tonight was...Madhubala and Rishab's performance on Beintehaan..."

Madhu's eyes shot opened in surprise. She really did not expect this prize. She hugged Rimjhim and then saw RK standing near her. He advanced his hand towards Madhu and she took it. But the moment she started to walk, she winced in pain. RK looked at her wound and then at her face. Suddenly he picked her up in his arms and took her to the stage. Madhu resisted him continuously but he was least bothered.

Both of them collected the prize and thanked the judges. Suddenly Madhu heard the host telling the audience, "Inhe to jitna hi tha, they are such a couple after all." Madhu rolled her eyes but kept quiet as there was no use of panicking.

Since Madhu was unable to walk, she asked Rimjhim to drop her to her hostel. But Rimjhim smartly avoided it and instead asked RK to drop Madhu. Madhu denied at first but eventually gave in seeing her condition.

RK was driving the car slowly. Madhu was looking outside the window. RK was about to say something when Madhu said, "thank you."

RK- Kyun??

M- Aaj tumne mujhe dance mein help ki, mujhe best dance ka prize mila...isiliye...

RK- Meri wajah se tum aaj hurt hui, to yeh mera farz tha ki main tumhari madad karoon...

M- Mera hostel aa gaya..

RK stopped the car and helped Madhu to get down. The hostel wardan informed madhu that someone came to meet her and is sitting in her room. RK helped Madhu to get to her room. Madhu opened the door and saw someone whom she never expected.
