The CVs are pretty pathetic to involve such a twist
They winded up the insecuroty track within a matter of 2 rushed episodes with RK apologising today. They had an amazing chance to drive a wedge betwen Rishbala using RK's insecurity but nah, they made it a damp squib like always with a super buit up and then an abrupt sorry and patch up. Only to show miscarriage

For all their claims of RK being a grey character/antihero, they seem to be scared of making him and his ego the cause of RM separation fearing that the audience may not understand him/sympathise with him this time
So they go ahead and get this miscarriage track to make Madhu bitter and Rk the wronged bechara hero

PS: this is what I thought on seeing the promo. I may be completely off but the fact that RK thought of the movie over baby put me off
