Nice post Kittu, I was laughing my head off whilst reading it, the CV's needed to fulfil they promise and make Madhu a superstar as per the original promo's and the first overview they had, they changed that overview later on (a year later) to say the show is not about an ordinary girl refusing her destiny to become a star but circumstances brought her to become a star though she thought to escape this destiny of hers, so by fulfilling this heroine track the CV's won't have to answer any questions after the show ends that they never made her a star and midway through the serial changed the storyline and never fulfilled their obligations to fans of the show which were hoping for a heroine track. This way those fans are happy and the CV's breath easier.
Kittu I just loved the way you put it as many were thinking the heroine track was shelved permanently.
Also I do agree with you irregardless of the change in-between when ST said it's about a pompous superstar, what is this pompous superstar's fixation Madhubala, it's always been about her, he pompously thought to buy his way out of trouble in the Mukhund's accident case, Madhu said no, the slaps, the 4 phere shaddi, Shamsher shooting RK to save Madhu from him, Balraj coming to kill Madhu RK saving Madhu, unwedding, jealousy, Sultan everything has been about Madhubala, RK's love and obsession for Madhubala, she is the one all cater to, she is one all want to have in their lives including Sultan, RK has been treating her like the only Superstar around also even his superstardom is second behind hers, didn't she wear designer clothes also from the moment they got together and we were laughing that RK is wearing sleepers and his shirts his not changing them enough etc all we observed is all the time all the money is going on the madame's wardrobe. 😆 Bala is the Superstar.
