Trishna's curse worked and RK took revenge from Madhu.

Paddo's curse worked as RK was alone and became a psycho. But yes, they work for short span.

Even Dips ka curse worked which she gave to Madhu on haldi day and RM have never been happy after marriage😆

I think Bhai's curse will work.
