*Chapter Six*

*Rishabh's POV*

Madhubala Malik. Her very name had got me interested. And her life also happened to be as interesting as her name. After the first day of shoot I had asked Bittu ji to get me every single detail about her life and the very next morning he handed me a file .

I carefully examined it and read through every single line. I was just about to close it when something caught my eye. I glanced back at the file and read it again . Madhubala Malik had a daughter named Dia Sharma . But as far as I remembered she is unmarried...and even this file said so . This meant that she is a single mother .
But the thing that raised my curiosity was something else.

She was popular among the masses and was very much under media's constant scrutiny like me . But never was there a news about her getting married or separated let alone have a daughter . And to top it all her entire family had been killed in an accident three years back . Something is definitely up .
I don't know about other things but one thing is for sure that her life is as filmy as her name.

We have been shooting for the film for almost four weeks and I'll have admit it that she is a perfectionist . Her vision as a director fascinates me . In my carrier I have worked with so many directors but there is something that is different about Madhubala .

When I had met her the first day in my vanity ...she amazed with her confidence . She was the first person to ask me to do something in such an authoritative voice.
And what amazed me even more was that me instead of getting angry was amused by her quick response .

Glancing towards the wall clock I realized that I was running an hour late for the shoot. I quickly got dressed and left for the studio .

Arriving at the studio, I glanced around . The studio was unusually quiet today . I entered the studio and saw nothing but darkness . There was not even a single soul in here .

I called Bittu ji to inquire what the hell is going on .
He picked up my phone on the second ring and I said," Bittu ji why is no one here on the set?? And why aren't you here?"
"Chief ...actually the shoot got cancelled" he said.
Irritated with the situation I said" If the shooting was cancelled then why didn't you inform me??"

"I had called you but you never picked up" he said .

I was so damn annoyed with all of this.

"Why the hell has been shoot the cancelled??" I said.

To which he replied ," Chief Ms.Malik's PA said that its due to some family emergency"

Disconnecting the call I left the studio .

Phew! It was really very difficult to type this ..I'm tired.
