Last week Shivdutt Marathe with that character certificate and listing all he had done fights, beating up people, breaking camera and his violent temperament, drinking and today getting beaten up today by ordinary criminals, it's all leading to something...changing his character eventually.

His own words that his name alone makes him better than others he is not a regular person and most importantly all the bad he has done since he became a Superstar, he used to call people insects, I feel the CV's are trying to show him that he needs to remember he is a human being at the end of the day and stardom is not forever, fame fades, he used that dialogue to convince Madhu that he values ordinary people during that hugging episode (Madhu realised that RK suggesting Shamini marry was the right thing) but he never meant all he was saying he was pretending on 9th and 11th of February he said he was acting all those things, so for me the CV's are trying to humble him genuinely for him to realise his just an ordinary person and what's coming in the future where he is unable to find work in films will make him realise more his worth.

To understand what's happening, all the CV's are doing is leading onto that, when Madhu splits with him like Sultan said he will go crazy and won't work things will go badly for him in his career. It's part of changing RK from being so big headed and pompous to a humble human being which recognises everyone's place in society.
