For all those who may not have read our Chikni's schooling on INDIAN law.

In India, Lawyers just have to file an application in court- saying they'll be fighting this case on so and so's behalf.. They don't have to reveal who paid them and WHY r they eager to defend their client? Sultan could have paid and arranged for this lawyer days before he enacted this drama!! State DOESN'T have to appoint lawyers-and if no one comes forward to fight a case- - then the court intervenes and hires a "public" prosecutor- who SUCK at defending most of the times!!

BUT in this case- this SHIVDUTT guy had been "hired" already!! That's why Bittuji was confused- Why would he be interested in taking up this case? He cannot even be afforded!! Why be interested in fighting for a gangster? 😆 Bittuji paisa fainko and tamaasha dekho- that's how it WORKS!!

Govt. or the court intervenes when NO ONE comes forward to fight the case!! But in this case, Shivdutt did come forward and decided to be Sultan's attorney! 👍🏼 Lawyers DO take up cases like that - if the case INTERESTS them- it doesn't necessarily means SULTAN paid Shivdutt- Kaka cud have done it or a 3rd person could have done it too- Those are nitty gritty details which even Bittuji won't EVER come to know!! 😕

@blue and underlined - All "could have" and "should have" scenarios dont interest me. Only the present does. And presently Sultan is busy being a "dead"-ly dead guy. 😳

Now that you mentioned your ASSUMPTION, let me also share mine with you. Dont take offence from it, none is meant!

I still believe Rashid and Meera are involved in this case. Rashid would want to extort money from the Kundras and Meera, who "could have" been playing Sultan, wants to use this opportunity to get back at RK for MK's deeds 😲. Did I also mention that Sultan "could have" been still alive and Rashid and Meera "could have" found him and killed him to frame RK 😲. Also did I mention that Mr. Marathe "could be" another person in the list of people, like Bhai, who go intentionally barging in on RK's life without any invitation 😲.

See so much also "could have" happened but I dont go about researching legalities for "could have" scenarios, now do I 😳

Imam's show on MTV has already started dunno about time but it comes on every Sunday. Do watch it on laptop/computer if you have time you have only missed one episode. The guy is crazy he locked Nik from bigg boss 6 in a hotel room until he did stupid tasks and apologised to him he also threatened to show niks phone messages to the media if he didn't write sorry 50 times on the paper.

This "Khullum Khullah" lesson in Romance by our esteemed Liberal couple in our even more Liberal Indian Jail was very educational for all the Police and other criminals !!

It is yet to see how and with what finesse did Sultan arrange all this before his demise.
