A lawyer can say that if RK didn't kill sultaan than why he brought the gun with him?Sultaan should be accused for the same thing,he knew that madhu will not come and RK will and that happened according to his plan,it was just a meeting,so why sultaan to was there with a gun?

What if RK had gone to meet sultaan without a gun,and seeing rishabala hugging he would have fired,in the struggle to save his life the gun would have fired accidentally killing sultaan that would have been a different case.

If not now than by the end of this crappy track sultaan will end up in jail,hopefully this time.
