I liked Arabella Pearl's comment and totally agree with it. We all have rights to hate or love the characters as they are figment of imagination. So we can love them, hate them and critise them to our heart content. I hate RK's character for all his wrong doings and then expecting everything to turn out well and good with simple sorry and no regret of his actions. Whereas Sultan is humble and down to earth and nursed Radhaji back to health staying by her side all night, and on other hand RK has the nerves to call an elderly lady's sickness as drama. I here hate and loathe RK and not VD. Infact I had a crush on him while he was in PKYEK. But now that he is married and all I have neutral feelings for him. Like and love DD for her acting and jolly nature, but I don't like Madhu much for being a pushover and being puppet of RK and Radhaji and doing nothing and being just a yes woman to them like typical serial bahu. I thought MEIEJ would deal with a simple girls rise to the stardom, her pain, her lonliness, her yearning to be with her love but binded and blinded by stardom. But instead all we have seen is Madhu being all weak and having her heart and dignity served on plate for RK to trample and crush it over again and again. I like Sultan's character but again I'm neutral towards AR as he is married too and I don't eye upon married men.. Tee... Hee. I really pity people who get into nasty fights with real people, in order to defend imaginary characters.
P.S. I like Deepali as character and I like the actress too. Good acting by her. Now a days I only watch her scenes, as they are spicy and interesting and to watch out for. Rest of the scenes are boring and I just Fast Forward them.

ArabellaPearl: For the part highlighted in black, all I'd say is that no, RK cannot always be wrong. But would it hurt people to apply this exact same theory of "people can change" when it comes to Sultan? Especially to those who are still hanging on the FIRST episode where he uses his son as bait. Why have all his actions after that been so conveniently ignored? Where he redeemed himself and actually tried his best to become a good Father to Aryan? But no, people are only clinging to that first episode where he used Aryan as bait. Bravo to them then!

@Red: Exactly, nobody deserves such punishment. Maybe now he'll understand that when you spill mud on others, some of those drops can fall on you too. He called Sultan Sadakchaap, a man without any surname and family, mocked him for being alone, and look at him now. He got back everything he said to him, with interest. Sultan has led a miserable life. His foster Mother was brutally murdered and there was no one to look after him. The family he thought he belonged to was never his to begin with. And when he finally found his real Mother after 30 years in a mental asylum, she didn't even recognize that the son she's been looking for is right infront of her eyes. Could you imagine how hard it would be for him to live with her every second of his life now and still not feel the happiness of being called a son?

@Purple: You're seriously asking why he is content now? I bet if RK was at his place, he would have been gloating even more on his victory. So why not Sultan? He did try to solve this issue the civil way but I hope you remember that it was RK who called the Police to arrest him instead of talking it out. Even after that his only reason to come to the Mansion was to get his Mother the rights of being MK's wife. Which shouldn't have been a problem to give over because technically, Radha is not MK's wife anymore. She is married to someone else. But even then he was treated with utmost disrespect and hatred. So much that Radha practically threatened him to send his Mother away as she was degrading her ex-husband's name, even though she knew exactly what the truth was. About your part of him having lost Madhu. Seriously not even the SulBala fans look so much into this the way the RK fans do. Yes Sultan had feelings for her, probably still does, and he was well aware of the fact that she loves RK. The reason he even went to her wedding, after having denied Padmini several times, was because he was under the impression that Madhu might be getting forced into it, or she may be going too far with her revenge plan. It was him who had tried to get Madhu to change her mind on taking revenge from RK when she first told him of her plan. But that too has been conveniently forgotten. So in all this, how this theory of "Sultan having lost from RK because he didn't get Madhu" came into existence is beyond me. If he really wanted to "get" Madhu, he would have done so forcefully. But did he?

@Pink: Lol I don't know how you came up with that conclusion, but I can guarantee you that the Sultan fans are not that immature or stupid. We know perfectly well how to differentiate between real and reel life and unlike some, we don't contradict our own statements.

You have your likes, we have ours. You have your reasons to support RK, we have our reasons to support Sultan. It's not necessary that one needs to be good and one needs to be bad. Both can be good or bad too. It's just a matter of perspective. Just like you, even I have come to watch this show for it's story. Which for me started after Sultan entered. Yes RK-Bala did have a charm initially, but now their scenes, dialogues and everything is repetitive and boring. if it weren't for this Sultan track, we would be seeing Madhu making Bhindis and Daals in the kitchen and having cat fights with Deepali. And I'm sure no one would have been interested to watch that.
