@ bold: They have not yet shown it... Is there any proof that he didn't divorce meera??? there is only one proof of their marriage(one photo)...marriage certificate is needed to prove the marriage... otherwise anyone can photoshop and claim anyone as their wife/husband... one photo is not enough to prove the marriage...

so far, there is no proof of marriage certificate n there is no proof that MK not divorced meera...

I think according to Hindu marital act, if a person marries another without divorcing the first, it's considered illegal and therefore they will void the second marriage or something...I'm just guessing though😕

The photo what happened exactly? Radhaji put it in that book, we saw by the state of the photo it's not a recent picture, black and white, brown spots at the back of it, if it was photoshopped probably by the CV's it was but stay in the story Taniya, Radhaji was looking for that photo all day because she had put it in that book years ago when they moved in the house, so that long back who would have thought okay let me photoshop this picture of these two and leave in the house. That's why she kept the picture in the storeroom and didn't throw it away.

Why they will show the proof of radha-MK marriage in the show... its a world recognized marriage since 30 long years... Here the surprise is MK-meera marriage... so they have to prove it in all the ways... here i am not saying MK-meera pic is Photoshopped.. in general what i am saying is just a marriage pic is not enough... it should be registered... otherwise it will be void...
there is no valid justification for keeping that photo from radha's side... its a clunk i can say... anyways its a pure illogical n clunky track... there is no point in discussing... CV's shows what they wanna show... lets see what happens in the show... at the end if the crap continues there wont be any audience to watch it.🥱

I am totally frustrated with theis crap cvs are showing in the show, being a Law student it is so irritating to watch this nonsense twist . If laws have to be considered then as per Hindu Marriage Act and also Hindu Succession Act :
1.Illegitimate child are those who are born out of a wedlock, means no marriage at all be it void or voidable.
2. The second category is for Child born out of a void marriage, here there is a marriage(i.e. ceremonies are performed) but it is not valid because of any of the reasons like any of the spouse already married, forced marriage, lack of evidence etc. So child born out of void marriages are not called illegitimate.

So, technically assuming the fact that MK-Meera's Marriage is a legal marriage then also RK will not be an illegitimate child because MK-Radha's Marriage will be a void marriage but not an illegitimate relationship. Rk may be called a child born out of a void marriage. One more thing, Child out of a void marriage enjoys the same status as that of a child born of a valid marriage unlike Illegitimate child .😊
