I think that as well, as Meeraji and Mohan were both hindu's they married with full rituals properly under the Hindu marital act the person that Mohan married first without divorcing is his legal wife the second wife Radhaji is not his wife, even if he registered the marriage to Radhaji rather than the marriage to Meeraji.

Because the Hindu marital act recognises the first hindu marriage as his one true marriage. Mohan didn't divorce Meeraji therefore even though he registered the second marriage maybe, I don't know, perhaps he didn't even register the second marriage out of fear that he would be caught to be a polygamist he just married both wives in hindu ceremony of saat phere only. In either case registration or not of the second marriage Meeraji is his true wife because the Hindu marital act takes precedence in the decision of who is his wife.

They need to have a marriage certificate and if Radha ji has that it proves she is the legal wife and RK is legitimate son. 🤔

Your right, any marriages have to be registered these days, unless they were married 100 years ago...maybe then the one eye witness would do..🤔

@ bold: They have not yet shown it... Is there any proof that he didn't divorce meera??? there is only one proof of their marriage(one photo)...marriage certificate is needed to prove the marriage... otherwise anyone can photoshop and claim anyone as their wife/husband... one photo is not enough to prove the marriage...

so far, there is no proof of marriage certificate n there is no proof that MK not divorced meera...

Taniya, in my post I said there is no proof that he registered the second marriage to Radhaji either. In that case the first hindu marriage takes precedence anyway.

The photo what happened exactly? Radhaji put it in that book, we saw by the state of the photo it's not a recent picture, black and white, brown spots at the back of it, if it was photoshopped probably by the CV's it was but stay in the story Taniya, Radhaji was looking for that photo all day because she had put it in that book years ago when they moved in the house, so that long back who would have thought okay let me photoshop this picture of these two and leave in the house. Then why Radhaji knew about it? Why didn't she throw it away? Or question hmm why have they put this strange woman with my husband here, it's because she knows that her husband was married before he told her remember that he was married and had one son there before he married her. So she kept the picture for the very same eventuality that is happening now, that the first wife suddenly comes in their lives she can look at the picture to see if the person is the same. That's why she kept the picture in the storeroom and didn't throw it away.

I think his marriage with meera wasn't registered which makes sultaan illegitimate,RK's recognized as MK's son in the society which makes him legitimate,only an old picture of a couple wearing bridal outfits is not enough proof of a legal marriage.
