It is disappointing to see the forum completely deserted even when we had a major Rishbala sequence in the show...tells me how disappointed and disillusioned the die- hard fans are.
Anyways...
1)The stress from home takes a toll on RK's work, he is distracted...more than usual and there is no bite in his tantrum or his sarcasm...he does not shout "pack-up" with his usual panache but instead tiredly asks for a break. His comment to Bittuji seemed half-hearted ...though his indirect answer to Madhu on phone was very normal husband like
2)Meera and Sultan are making plans to move Bhindipie to RK mansion...the house of "ganda aadmi" so that they all can take advantage of RK's largesse and while Madhu can baby-sit Aryan. I guess the stories of relatives coming out of woodwork and suck celebrities dry is not false after all.
3)Dips cribs about the small room and AC...really Dips!...I thought you were thinking big in last episode...planning to bed down in living room so that you have front seats to the disgusting drama playing out much to your unholy glee. It was Sikky who was worried about rooms and you were berating him the entire day...So much clunk!
4)Madhu waits up for RK late in night while Sultan hides and listen to their private talks. This was the most important sequence for me for a couple of reason other than that it was filmed on my fav couple. Sultan hides when he sees RK...Why...does he understand how all this looks? Even more interesting was Sultan's jealous expression when he sees Madhu tearfully hug RK asking him never to get mad at her since she can't bear his anger. When Madhu wonders why Sultan is doing all this...you see a flash of what seems like disappointment along with anger in Sultan's face...it is as if he wants to shout...don't you understand...in that one moment it is not about Meera but Madhu. RK apologizes but clarifies that his apology is for using Madhu and not for getting Sultan arrested...the camera shifts to Sultan and there is so much hatred on his face as well as realization that the weapon he intended to use to incite Madhu has been rendered ineffective. Madhu asks RK if she is wrong and not a good wife citing her reason for being so calm as she did not want RK to fight with anyone...I thought that was CVs asking that question from viewers and giving their reasoning...I don't buy the explanation nor am I convinced that she is being a good wife but it is not as if I have a choice. RK reassures her...they promise to share everything (this will be put to test very soon based on the spoilers)...RK asks for her support and she promises her devotion for a lifetime. RK picks her up and heads to bedroom with a smile on his face.
Not sure why CVs wanted Sultan privy to their talk...it was disgusting and invasive and tend to put viewers even more off when it comes to Sultan. My guess is they wanted to show that Sultan is still interested in Madhu while he gets first taste of Rishbala dynamics and their love for each other. It is also to serve as a reminder that Madhu does not understand Sultan and is crazy about RK...thus making Sultan burn a little more and give him more incentive to do what he is doing.
5)Next morning...Madhu takes first positive step to resolving this problem by encouraging Radha to confront Rashid and Sultan head on. Radha is shivering and she seems like a deer caught in headlight...we know why? lots of clunk again.
6)Meera is praying the other day , distributing the prasad...apologizing for using the Krishna idol without Radha's permission while Sultan looks on indulgently and RK quietly observing the proceedings from upstairs. Loved the way Dips snubbed Meera and refused to take Prasad...this is what I expected Madhu to do...oh well!. Suddenly nothing about Meera seems loony...she is very well aware what is happening...she knows that she is in Radha's house despite Sultan telling her that this is her house. Her dialogue about Radha and Meera threw me for a loop in the end...she knows...she is sane. Meera is an icon in love because she gave all her life in devotion to lord Krishna without asking for anything in return...she is the epitome of junoon and submission in selfless love ...Meera did not ask for the status of wife or a share in her beloved's life...this Meera is nowhere close to that Meera. Radha is and was Krishna's consort though ironically they were never officially married.
7)Another interesting thing that I am observing is that both Meera and Sultan have downgraded from Meera is MK's wife and rest of the family is illegitimate to we are all a big family and can live in harmony. What is ironical about all this is that Radha is no longer MK's family but Kuku Bhatia's family...all they get is RK (Who owns most of MK's property). We go back to the big question...How can RK give Meera legitimacy of her marriage...only MK could have done that . Even if RK does accept Meera as his father's wife...how does anything change...unless Sultan wants a share in the property...which basically makes it all about money and not about legitimacy. What right does Sultan have to barge in RK's house even if RK accepts that he is his stepbrother. This is like going in circles with no logic at all.
