Lol Tabby 😆 its seriously weird that maximum ppl here knows this much basic law but our CVs don 😆

According to law , even if Sultan can properly prove he is MK's son , still he doesn't get any right to gatecrash in RK mansion & forcefully occupy a room . If the land belongs to MK & Sultan is MK's son then he can claim only HALF OF THE MARKET PRICE of the land . Nothing more ! RK mansion was built by RK with his own hard worked money . By no way (other than cheap gundagardi 🤢 ) Sultan can claim a place in RK mansion .

but seems like CVs hv no idea about this , neither they did any research on it . Or simply they want to portray Bhai as a great fool 🤣

yaar specified time period ke baad to real owner bhi claim nahi kar sakta. yaha to 30 saal beet chuke hai.par ha as per family law illigimate child ka father ki property pe haq banta hai so if sultan proves himself to be mohan's child he can claim bt right now he doesn't have any proof so its tresspassing.
