They call it RK's mansion, but by the rooms we have seen it seems like an apartment definitely on two floors that's it. I think the CV's have always pretended that the whole building is RK's, hence the RK's mansion tag.

Bhai wAnts moms respect by blackmailing rk into letting him stay in rk mansion .

He does not want public declaration that meera is Kundra wife . So what dies he want , stay close to mAdhu and get a nanny and nurse free of cost and thopo his mental maa on others
