Agree with you that Sullu can claim no rights over RK's property or over Radhaji. MK is long dead and RK has worked hard for where he is today. Further, Radhaji has remarried and isn't a Kundra anymore so no question of taking away her rights and giving them to Meera.

As to Sullu, his one and only intent is taking revenge on Madhu as Madhu got married to RK. Poor Romeo is heartbroken and will not sit back and think that his plans and intentions are foolish. But when has our Donny acted smart? Once? Never!
