Ek sullu jo hai ullu
Bhai-aala , a story of a boy born on the sadak , fondly called as chap of the road (sadak-chap) who grows up to be mesmerizingly useless Gangster. He has no aspirations of entering the glamorous drug and arms dealing side of his profession .
So he was simply used to poke nose in other ppl's matter instead doing bhaigiri.
One day creatives decided he is the sun around which the show revolves.
