There was a time when writing used to be so tight and tracks used to get wrapped up very fast (at times a bit too fast). And here the same track has been dragged on for 3 weeks without the story moving forward an inch. It is still the same team - the screenplay and dialogue writers are the same as earlier. Can think of no other reason for the bad writing nowadays except that this is PH's passive aggression against the Channel's demands.

Agree 100%. These are the people who rescued the show from the whole Madhu/Mukund saga and prevented it from being axed in the first place. I don't know what they are waiting for, but I have faith in their ability to deliver when they want to.
Like you Sound, I'm just reading the WU's and watching each episode bit by bit. It's such a shame that such a wonderful show has been torpedoed so thoroughly.
You know, I think if the CV's had handled this correctly, the whole Sultan track would have been wonderful- but for some reason they are hellbent on the old formula of misunderstanding, misunderstanding, and misunderstanding. The problem is that they give viewers no time to breathe between misunderstandings so we can't even enjoy a lovey-dovey track cause we know the next train wreck is around the corner.

There was Ballu and we all know he used to take the TRPs in the line of 4 whenever he used to come. Now that they have killed Ballu, there is no one who can keep the audience hooked. More than the lead pair, it is the VILLAIN of the show who keeps the audience hooked. In IPKKND, the audience used to wait for Shyam's next MOVE and how the lead pair will get out of the mess. • This show makes mockery of all the relationships. They justified Dips eyeing RK by saying that they both were in a relationship before and now since Dips isn't happy with her married life, she wants RK back. Fair enough because after showing such scenes they used to portray Dips as CHARACTERLESS lady and RK used to BBB her. The audience knows that she is wrong. But they are now showing the same thing with Sultan and Madhu and what irks the audience is that they portray Sultan as the GOLDEN HEARTED man who can never do anything wrong. The audience somehow feels that they are glorifying Sultan eyeing his BHABHI. RK-Dips scenes have always gotten high TRPs because the audience enjoys RK insulting Dips for eyeing him and the way RK shuts her up by calling her DIPS BHABHI. But the same isn't the case with Sultan and Madhu. And after RishBala's wedding, the new montage doesn't make any sense because the audience feels that they are trying to create a cheap love triangle after marriage🤢

• Lastly, this track is completely opposite to the track which glued the audience to this show. The TRP audience for MEIEJ and Balika Vadhu is DEFFERENT. MEIEJ's audience comprises of youth and those people who like fresh love stories and not saas bahu drama or family drama.

Sultan Madhu..I don't think normal audience can tolerate the lead heroine supporting her gangster friend...her stand in this matter has been the main reason for driving away the audience (and the EDT members too 😆)...she holds no grudge against her friend who barged into her house, was violent with her husband, threatened to kill him and blame RK for MK's misdeeds 🤢 who misbehaved with her & yelled at her for no fault of hers..

Bhai's clunky story...pehle the sob story couldn't move the audience, then Bhai's actions made the audience hate him more..

No Rishbala..

the minute technicalities...change RK and Madhu's look and costumes rightaway !

No Rishbala..first their wedding was promoted as a hi-fi affair but it turned out to be damp squib..the SR episode was the best but then, how many times are we gonna watch it? post marriage , we got just 3-4 Rishbala scenes..woh bhi, they dun look like a newly married couple from any angle..
