Agree.. and this works both ways..People ideally should not do so with the new gang too.. How is Sultan's bad childhood or pains any inferior to RKs..Why is Madhu's persepctive any less important.. Why two people who hurt each other can't be in a no bound consuming lovers..Like you said, SWEEPING JUDGEMENTS...even if someone hates a character then leave it alone na...Funniest thing of being an audience/reader is .. if you understand all characters well.. you can see justifications for their characters...and hence analysis is best left in the gamut of the storytelling context.. real life interpretations introduce new variables.. and that kind of takes away the context
I agree...well said👏...analysis is indeed best left in terms of storytelling context rather than sermonizing or preaching or name calling.
It is purely my own opinion that the character of Sultan is very shabbily sketched...and it's a shame cuz AR is a good actor...but when they reduce a gangster to putting cushion covers on a cushion, I really don't know what else to say😕...Madhu's pov is still shown lucidly from time to time and I give her due credit when that happens...but Sultan is an utterly hollow character at this point in my opinion...one-dimensionally sketched in order to be presented as a contrast of "goodness" to RK...he could have added more to the story rather than just being a forced in third wheel designed only to make RK fume and grit his teeth.
So I ignore what bores or annoys me and focus on what intrigues me in the show and what I feel is actually well written and well executed.
There can be no all black or all white...the world is not as black and white as Aryan puts it in his "achha" and "gandaa" terms...
