well previously he did play a character with a heart of gold who never believed in showing that to anyone as well. there was no self appreciation , or self praise his character even thought of wanting or even basic cordial behavior from others then , despite doing everything for everyone in VD's previous show. And he played that extremely well. So well , that the audience at the end of the day , only wanted his character's happiness cause he deserved it the most.. His goodness and the price of his goodness giving him so many costs is what made viewers cry almost everyday episode after episode.I still remember. After DMG , I had never seen so many people around me in my neighborhood finally hyping about an indian serial which was his previous show and about his character..So VD can play the role of an amazing person in the garb of the bad guy and also play an anti hero as shown in this serial. anyway.

I think its just that, people here take unconventional characters readily as a villain, the CVs are just trying to make it clear that RK is the protagonist in this show, although his antics, attitude and actions doesn't seem like that.Overall he is just not like the other quintessential heroes of these days.But since his character is new to people( me included 😆), they don't want to accept him as the hero( but i do have from the very first 😛).

if u wanna see his expressions then watch recent episode.u will get to know that he is not only fabulous in grey characters,in emotional too...
he can portray any type of character.😳

Its the need of the character thats why vivi is giving a devilish look..and he can act every character and for that u need not to go anywhere just watch yester's epi when he was consoling madhu..i think u'll get it..
