I don't think it's revenge; Madhubala wouldn't hurt RK no matter what he does to her because she's the pure Ishq, and he's the selfish Junoon. And I definitely don't see her using pads in her game if it's revenge, it looks like she's only asking Trishna to 'trust' her. And if it is revenge wouldnt Rads and Bittuji be really hurt by that? She wouldn't trick everyone just to get revenge. I think she's trying to prove a point to RK.

No dear I am not saying tht its revenge... Hell No! Madhu cant stoop that low...stoopness is and it has always been RK's Departtment ... Madhu is Divine... she is going to win over the evil inside Rk and in order to achieve tht she might use Padmini's help coz u see if she doesnt do this RK wont believe her tht she has came bk to him...anyways its just my prediction ...a rare possibilty I guess
