But unrequited love means u have already gone past that stage and r now in the boat where u realize that there is no happily ever after for ur story.. that u r at the most a spectator to some one else love story worst of all, esp. of some one whose story u wanted to be the other half of.

That's what I don't understand.. Why righteousness is expected from Madhu and yet we cannot accept her righteousness if she would want to be Mahaan... I mean is forgiving too not a huge sign of being righteous?

Azi.. for me personally it not about righteousness.. but more about watching her letting herself be touched by a person like that... after all the things he has said and done to her, I would think she would find it distasteful to be touched by him.. In her place I would...so why put herself thru that? and if she is really enjoying it in spite of everything.. then I got nothing to say to her..🤢

So, it is more for her sake then for anything else... also why give him even that much pleasure??
