Whatever Sultan is doing right now is justified. Madhubala went to every extent to save him and lecture him on how to bring up his son. She didn't back out even when Sultan told her too. So why the fuss when now Sultan is merely returning the favor? Being someone's wife doesn't mean that no one else can care about her anymore. And Sultan never disrespected or made a pass at her so I find nothing wrong in it.
