And how exactly does that make it okay for any man to pounce on them? Short dresses or not, no one invites people to rape them. How shallow can the Government be?

shit... i m really scared to come back to settle down in India.. i too have 5 years old daughter. i cant even imagine what the kid going though. and her parents. at the age, they are very small. tiny creatures.

true. they are not enough reasons. but still govt and the police dept used them to get out from the situation. but now what can they say really want to hear . will they blame the parents this time??
