May be Padmini after coming back from Shirdi will come to know about Madhu's whereabouts,either by a phone call or from Radha. She may approach Sultan seeking help and ultimately Sultan will rescue Madhu from RK's clutches. As of now,Madhu is not in a position to seek help from Sultan. Some one else has to do this for her.

you are bang on... I think this happening is a greater chance than Madhu herself seeking help from Sultan. Thanks for solving this mystery :)

Dhanjay, I don't think mariage will happen... just Madhu taking shelter at Sultan's house or Sultan rescuing Madhu from RK due to his torture.

RKs insanity is nothing new to Madhu, right from their 4 phera marriage she has been seeing this.
