Week 12 of TAM 2013 was a high action week with two new fiction show launches, one each on Colors and Zee TV, and the Nach Baliye 5 Finale. According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 12 (March 17-23), Star Plus leads the pack with four shows in the top 10 weekday shows followed by Colors with three shows and Zee TV with two. Tarak Mehta on SAB grabbed second position this week.

Colors' new show, 'Bani' (Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM) opened at 2.3 TVR and averaged 1.6 TVR over the week. Zee TV's new show 'Rishotn Ki Dastaan' (Mon-Fri, 10 PM) opened at 1.9 TVR and averaged 1.6 TVR over the week.

In weekend programming, Nach Baliye Finale on Star Plus rated 4.1 TVR over 3.5 hours garnering 28 GRPs. India's Best Dramebaaz on Zee TV slipped to No. 2 position.

Weekday toppers

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus continued to rule the weekday programming chart with an average TVR of 5.2 (last week 5.3).

SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma jumped two positions to grab the No. 2 seat with 3.8 TVR against last week's 3.6 TVR.

Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai also climbed two positions to No. 3 with average TVR of 3.7 this week (last week 3.6).

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus slipped two positions to No. 4 with an average rating of 3.6 TVR (last week 3.7).

Colors' Balika Vadhu slipped two positions to No. 5 this week. The show averaged at 3.5 TVR this week (last week 3.6).

Colors's Madhubala continued at No. 6 position with an average TVR of 3.3 (last week 3.5).

Star Plus' Saathiya held No. 7 position this week with an average of 3.2 TVR (last week 3.2).

Zee TV's Qubool Hai remained unchanged at No. 8 position with an average TVR of 3.1 (last week 3.0).

Sasural Simar Ka on Colors made it to the toppers' club at No. 9. Last week, this position was held by Star Plus' Saraswatichandra. Sasural Simar Ka garnered an average TVR of 3.0 this week (last week 2.7).

At No. 10 this week is also a new entry where Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke on Zee TV has fetched 2.8 TVR (last week 2.7).

Weekend toppers

Nach Baliye Finale on Star Plus rated 4.1 TVR over 3.5 hours garnering 28 GRPs. 37 million people viewed the finale on March 23, 2013.

India's Best Dramebaaz on Zee TV was pushed to No. 2 this week. The show garnered an average TVR of 2.6 (last week 3.1).

Sony's crime show CID recorded an average TVR of 2.4 (last week 2.3).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, fetched 2.3 TVR this week (last week 2.5).

Comedy Circus ke Ajoobe on Sony averaged 1.8 TVR (last week 2.3).

Fear Files on Zee TV garnered an average rating of 1.7 TVR this week (last week 1.8).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1.7 TVR (last week 1.3).

Sony's Adalat fetched 1.3 TVR this week (last week 1.7).

Colors' comedy show, Nautanki, averaged at 0.8 TVR (last week 1.1).
