Thanks for the comment. But I don't mind the leads being shown in poor light. I loved that the main leads were flawed, unlike the leads in the shows my mom watches.
But RK has been changed to a totally dark character. He loves MB acc to his own whims, tortures her like a merciless brute. I was watching the old episodes.
After the KC episode when Madhu fainted, the way he took care of her, then yelled at her for cooking when sick; his consoling Madhu during Sham-Pad wedding,
Why was he worried about Trishna, when she said no to Ballu for movie;
Why did he hide from Madhu that Malik was the killer, even when she was blaming him to be rude;
Why did he took her back to chawl, because she was crying;
Why did he warn Bittuji not to say anything about her in a negative light;
Why did he make her chant the prayer with his name;
Why the look on his face when MB was on the verge of death;
Why did he feel MB in his farmhouse when her car broke dwn;
Why did he reconciled with his mom;
Why was he drinking n driving when Madhu was mad at him?
Why would he stop eating, when Madhu was upset;
Why he was so rude with his heroine and resorted to drinking when Madhu apparently failed the love test...?
All the things he did made him a dream man! I want the CVs to tell me at each step when he was faking & when he was not. This is my reason to be mad at CVs because they are turning this person to a psycho. How can they make him treat her the way he has been treating her? They are turning him to be an animal. I don't think Madhu loves him anymore.. Not that I blame her.. 😭
I always felt that his emotions for her were stronger than her emotions for him. Before everyone jumps at me, I would justify my statement..
It was Madhu's personality to be kind, loving, selfless. But RK is not selfless, he is a selfish egomaniac. His ego was visible even during the prem game. It was not like Madhu would get her way with him easily. But his love for her was selfless, even though currently thanks to CVs it's in his subconscious and he hasn't accepted it (strange! That he is unaware of his actions over last 6 mths)
In my perspective, it doesn't take too much for Madhu to love someone selflessly, but for RK it was a mammoth task to love someone the way he loved her...
