I finally managed to watch both yesterday and today's episodes and was left clueless. I did not expect this from the CVs considering the promos with AR were pretty intriguing. The episode today clearly fell flat on the logic and we all can agree on that. I am left to wonder that may be the article which stated the PH has some serious stress to handle since VD is going on his HM has some truth to it. I did not believe it at first because media loves to dish up some baseless gossip at the expense of the actors. However, after watching today's episode I am left to wonder may be the PH was not prepared for VD's leave of absence and hence had to quickly switch tracks with AR who by the way might not have been briefed about his character. I wasn't impressed much with his entry but may be that's what is expected from us viewers since he is an antogonist and we very much have RK to rave over right after he comes back from his HM.
I was shocked to see that the CVs did not incorporate any logic while making Madhu wander into the jungle lost in thoughts about what Dip had said. She clearly knows that Dips is a vile person and why does she have to ponder over what she had said. She did the right thing by shutting Dips up and calling it quits on her job. But I just did not get her leaving her bag and phone in the tent to wander off into the jungle. She is at an outdoor shoot where she does not know the area and there was this creepy who was already being bashful and offensive with his lustful acts. Why on earth would she just wander out into the woods mindlessly when there might be more predators like the one she had recently encountered.
However, I do have to admit that the CVs have retained the characteristics of Madhu despite sounding and seeming illogical. It is indeed typical of her to put her life in danger to save someoneelse's life. She had acted in a similar fashion earlier when Mukund met with an accident and is now doing the same trying to save the kid from his own father?? I can understand her standing up for justice against RK but why try to take a son away from his father? She doesn't think that it is necessary to find out who the boy is or where he is from? She automatically assumes that the boy's life is in danger and in the process of trying to save the boy is inadvertently putting her life in danger. We saw her getting hit in the head. Does that mean when she got hit in the head she lost her ability to think straight as well. It was definitely not a smart move when she was pointing the gun at Sultan while being in his custody. She really is out of her mind to think that she could get out unscathed with the boy when the guy is clearly a gun wielding gangster who was shooting the goons like flies. I say badly done Madhu! Better yet badly done CVs.
RK's concern was reasonable but what changed that is making him go berserk over missing Madhu. Is it their drunken conversation which he doesn't remember is making him feel edgy or is it that guilt of being responsible for Madhu's current situation where perverts where having a field game over her recent single status attributed by his revenge. What I did not find reasonable was him yelling at Bittuji and threatening him over his sensible suggestion to alert the police. We know he is the superstar who likes to throw his weight around but that was uncalled for when he yelled at Bittuji for no reason.
Finally some sensible conversation between Padmini and Sudhakar who informs her that they cannot file a missing persons report right away and have to wait 24 hours. Radha comes in and consoles Padmini and Trish that they have lodged a complaint and nothing will happen to Madhu. That was an OK and acceptable scene.
Precap did not add any logic to this mindless drama what was shown today. May be tomorrow will be a better day. I only hope that they don't dish out mindless tracks in the name of drama. VD has not yet gone on vacation and we are already witnessing such visible flaws. Makes me wonder what are they going to do when he is gone for next week. They may not have time to bank the episodes and have to make do with DD and AR which is OK as long as the track makes sense.
