@ash- Lets just say maybe she for a moment forgot about her worries and got involved with the child's worry. It happens sometime, people forget their own worry when they see others problems.
Being the kind of girl she is, it is also possible. And all these time she was unconcious and the next moment she was poinitng a gun and when she got sometime for herself, again her attention is caught by the boy who needs some comfort from his father, but he was not ready to give it.
But it seems a long time for RK and her family because they ahve been looking for her all these time. But for Madhu she just got freed from all the problems since the goons attacked her and the child.
Maybe after the child sleeps, that is when she will come into her fulls senses and start realizing about where she is and what she is doing.
