OK back to the point..basically RK did a lot of nasty things to Madhu in the past for putting him into jail for 4 days...he damaged her name...spread false rumors...broke her engagement and finally Malik was beaten up by his security guards...moreover he called her up at the hospital to declare his win which angered her more..then came the famous 4 slaps

Maddy..

Madhu slapped him for all the humilation that he caused to her family,

her broken engagement, Shamsher in hospital, career of Trishna

but i guess when she slapped him she never counted them .. it was RK who kept track of it

and RK only took four pheras after giving her 40 lakhs (that Madhi needed for treatmetn of Shamsher)... he refused to walk behind her for the rest of the pheras

It all started when RK accidently injured Mukhund (car accident when he was drunk , and Madhu reported against him and refused to take bribe from Bittu jee. then later mukhund and Madhu got engaged and RK spread a scandal regarding his relationship with Madhu, that resulted in breakage of her engagement, Shamsher having a fight with RK guards and being seriously injured, leaving Madhu to accept the proposal RK have for her.. Marry him for 40 lakhs

P.S welcome here, i hope you will not kill anyone in your story :)

Madhu sent RK to jail for 4 days because of hit and run case. He was drunk and he hit her boy friend Mukku and drove away. RK was angry because she sent him to jail. He fake-apologised and came to Madhu's and Mukku's engagement and got some questionable pics of himself clicked with her and gave to press. Madhu defamed in newspapers. In press conference, RK defamed her more saying she is after him. Madhu's dad goes to beat RK but himself gets beaten up and lands in hospital. Madhu slaps RK on his set.

the main reason behind the slap was to show rk even she lost everything she is not weak!

I always thought Madhu slapped him 4 times for the 4 wrongs he did to her...Broken Engagement, Defaming her mother, Ruining Trishna's career and putting Malik in the hospital...
