RK: Convoluted man post of Opti's- my take

I have a feeling that something happened which will be revealed to us later as to why he changed his track from love and leaving everything behind to that horrid revenge track. The 4 slaps are so ancient and both have moved so far ahead, that the excuse is too flimsy nd too convenient. Rk and convenient excuse?- nah- something just doesnt strike right.

Therefore let us look at some of the clues that we do have so far:

1. Dips track where he is dragging her into a weird state and telling her that he will certainly let her know what he wants from her.

2. He continues to be nice and polite towards his mom.

3. His constant manipulations to do something to MB all the time clearly shows that his obsession and love for her is unparalleled.

4. Knowing that Bitto ji is still very connected to MB, he continues to allow it.

5. His constant allusions on people delivering dialogues meant for the hero ie himself.

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would say that RK is playing a very deep game. He wants to expose the fraud of Dips, express his love for MB that goes beyond the realm of make believe and in his convoluted way wants to show MB just how make believe this world truly is and all the protestations of love are just that- dialogues. He wants to go beyond that. He is after all a man of action and for him actions speak louder than words. He is done with romantic dialogues and he has recognized the "sherni MB" who is perfectly right for the "sher RK" but wants that sherni to take front seat.

If we were to align ourselves with the main theme of the story as outlined by the writers of the show, MB would have happily "retired" into oblivion with RK if he had allowed it. But he knows that she is not someone to be cherished in incognito- she needs to be in the limelight. And therein hangs this tale- very interesting. Like I said in a post long time back, he is the Phantom of the Opera and she is his Christine.

Have you seen the film The Artist (2012) or The Phantom of the Opera? The themes of the "actor' falling in love with his own "creation" is repeated in both these works- this is the western leit motif to the radha-krishna (jivatma-paramatma milan) found in the Hindu context. Romantic love or spiritual love, the idea of identity and who dissolves into whom is always posed.

Hence, to resolve the RK conundrum, we need to see where RK is going with his idea of love with madhu. For himself, he lives in such a make belief world, Madhu was the only "real" thing that happened to him. And he could not recognize it for what it was (as per the current track). But I still predict the Phantom- hristine track because he has to "create Madhu in his own image"- if u see what i am saying :)
