Rather than analyzing Madhu's emotional state in prose, let me just say it through this retro : "duniya kare sawal to hum, kya jawab dein, tumko na ho khyal to hum, kya jawab dein..." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16uezR275gE) Starting afresh in life was not going to be easy for her and the first hurdle comes in the form of "media hounds" who are on the look out for a spicy news and what better than the break-up of a superstar's marriage...
The relationship between Madhu and Bittuji only being strengthened by this separation...The equation of devar-bhabhi becoming more close into that siblings bonded by mutual affection and respect...This, hands down, was my favorite part in the entire episode...the emotional interaction between these two indeed struck a chord...Madhu persuading and convincing Bittuji for him to think rationally and also that he was more needed by RK and his mother...both IM and DD were excellent here...
Bittuji, expecting and prepared to go to any lengths to reinstate himself in his Chief's service was natural...even he has realized that it would be more convenient for him to be with RK than elsewhere, more so as he and Radhaji are hell bent on uniting this star crossed lovers...a likeable scene...
When will this desperate female Dipali learn...being at the receiving end of insults and humiliation at RK's hands has become a second nature for her...How riling it must be for her that even after "being out of sight", Madhu is not "out of RK's heart"...I admit, I relish these scenes where Dips get bashed again and again by RK...
My second favorite part, Madhu not wanting to let her wounds to heal, for it's this that will not let her forget and induce her to realize her potential in life..."Most things break, including hearts. The lessons of life amount not to
wisdom, but to scar tissue and callus." (Wallce Stagner)...this is how Madhu has decided to move on and yes, I am impressed...I am impression because : ""The wound is the place where the Light enters you." (Rumi)...This is what I want Madhu to make of her life...
