I don't think TM is talking about VD wife, though TC articles link is not allowed in this forum.

She was talking about TC saying DD is getting married on this Feb, so if their news is true then DD should be taking the leave. But from this article it is clear VD might take leave so their news about DD wedding on this month is not true.
