Madhu was very naive when it comes to these things.
He throws the food he made and next instant, he came and take her and celebrate KC, which in normally girls would not believe and would have a problem.
He missed the lunch she arranged at her place. RK never gave the answer why he didn't come to her place for lunch.
RK is someone who always talk in his filmy dialogues and twist his words whatever way he wants, like saying this for a scene and the shot is over kind of things.
So not having any doubt on him she was very nave.

7. Giving up liquor ' Convince Madhu he is changing.
8. Saving madhu from ballu- To be the one who has the right to hurt or make her happy.
9. again apologising to madhu for the past ' To gain her trust.
10. Milking a cow and stamping gobar ' Maybe to get the support of village people.
11. Decorating the plot of land and talking abt kids ' To make Madhu convinced he is serious about all this.
12. Transferring all his property to his family- This I don't think he did. This is a ploy to trick Madhu for sure. Cos he has no plan of leaving his stardom status.

His ultimate plan was making Madhu all alone. If Madhu's family is in any problem, Madhu will run to them. So he made sure Madhu's family is well settled and Padmini is safe with Shammu. So that they won't need Madhu's help. And Madhu being the current Madhu which RK knows now will not want to spoil her family's happiness, but will be ready to take whatever RK gives her. Whether it is sorrow or anything else.
