I understand all of u(including me 😭) r upset abt the upcoming track n if they portray RK in a negative light I will surely quit the show not bcoz RK is my fav character or VD is my fav but its plain butchering of a character n the story. But guys RAPE is something all together diff. It doesn make sense to call it rape if SR happens. Rape is forcing oneself on another but here if it happens its happening with mutual consent. So plz dont co-relate the same

I don't think most people arguing that it's not rape getting the point here ...! YES , it's consensual . No one is denying that ..! But sex/ love making is happening with one of the parties making false promises to another ..! An act like that IS considered something along like lines of rape in the eyes of Indian Law no matter how much people scream " SHUT UP" or it grosses all of us out ..! Anyone here a lawyer ..? Can you shed some light on it ?

Does anyone remember the (in)famous Madhur Bhandarkar -Preeti Jain case ..? Sex was consensual YET he was slapped with charges of rape ..! Argument - The man had promised her a career after that which he clearly didn't ...!

THATS what people are talking about .. NOT whether Madhu gives in willingly or not .. Because Ofcourse she does ... She's more willing than RK in this case ..!
