I love my father to pieces but, he is quite the character. I remember he denounced the use of technology in his lesson plans because it was too "distracting" and "flashy" (He is an educator). When he finally caught on, he would do reverse engineering on gadgets messing up every operating system. Then, there was the one finger typing and duking it out with the printer when it had a paper jam. *sigh* I must call home. That was a wonderful story. I just google the cell phones you were talking about and I see what you mean😆

most of the girls love their fathers to peices and then some( talking about normal situations and relations here) I always remember my father with such warmth...tho he too is one of a kind cahracter (he is an attorney) technolgy was something he never enjoyed learning about but he loved using it...actually I have one more instance of my adolescent life which is pretty close to beer drinking sequence in your FF ...this chapter has too many similarities to me lol...dont worry I know similarities are purely coincidential... and yes call home as soon as you can...

Lol you make me feel so wanted...
my Dad used to hide his liquor bottle from my GP in my almirah. We used to have those alminium Godrej's in India). No one had any inkling how far reaching could the impacts be until one day one of my mom's friends came home and told my mmom That I was drinking at the age of 14 and hidin the bottles in my wardrobe. Unfortunately my mother also was unaware of this little dad's thing. ...this very accusation threw mom in a fit of super duper rage...she is a typical indian mom and As soon as I came back home from school in the afternoon...I found my mom in such a bad state you wont believe me...she started bombarding me with questions and giving me those tons of dialogues where did I go wrong ...and what not (my mom can be quite filmy at times). She did not hear any thing that I was telling her she just was going on and on like mother India...lol anyways all that hue and cry made Dadu come to her room and ask her what had gone so wrong...now she said every thing to him ...and also how every one in the town ( I belong to a small town of Allahabad) now knew that daughter of so and so was a nithalli aawari piyakkad ...Dadu was the first one to ask par isko paise kahan se miltey yeh sab karne ko ...he casted a look at the bottles and said to my mom arrey yeh to bahut mehengi hai...my mom again hai!!!!! tu chori bhi karne lagi ...and another bout of hyper ventilattion...I was like areyyy meri param poojya majaji please atleast listen to what I have to say...my dadu said again these are not like 2-4 rs things they cost thousands...isko pata kaise chala inke naam ...my mom another round of hyper ventilation ...hey bhagwaan kiski kiski sangat mil gayi hai ...yahi hota zaroorat se zada aazadi ka ..aane do papa ko...as sooon as she said Papa dadu understood and he asked my mom" ek minute tum thoda apna rone ka karyakram band karo, yeh "DAD"S NAME" ki hai na" Haan dadu yeh sune tab to..bolne hi nahi deti roye jaa rahi hain...finally when dad came home in the evening...the first thing my GP asked him was Kaise baap ho tum dimag ghas charne gaya tha???😆😆😆😆
