I guess the big twist is RK is seriously sick and thats why he will distance himself from Madhu.In recent episodes RK's mom was crying in hospital and was saying he will be fine. We all will think that RK is bewafa. Madhu will get badly hurt because of RK sudden change of attitude towards her.

In the second promo video which u posted...

RK was a film star and he gets impressed seeng the innocent Madhu bala...

this is what we see now,

but later when he comes from back of camera, there was a free ness in madhu's eyes, saying that she knows him well, and he tells her abot the camera world... she was unsure... and when he gices his hand to her... she starts to dance and he dissapear, but she was lost in turning...

"Its a big hint to what happen. May be RK will ask Madhu to join movies... and she was unsure of it... but as she join the movie.. RK will be her strength but later, she will be into that world completely... "

this is just a prediction . but why they show RK dissapear, at end of promo and Madhu alone??? will RK come out of movies later??

This is my doubt
