Kiss happened for sure. Madhu was shown feeling shy. But maybe for RK it was also a part of the test. That is what I felt from his expressions. Has to watch the repeat to be sure.

Also Trishna's scenes in between was spoiling the lovely scenes of Rishbala tonight.

So once Madhu know about this test and also Dipali's involvement in this whole thing, Madhu will be shattered at angry with RK for doing that. She will not be happy to know RK listens to Dipali.

THis kiss will play some role in future. Maybe Madhu will misunderstand RK when she gets to know RK was testing her, she might think kiss was also part of that.

The dialogue before the kiss remember Shahi,

Madhu "I also want to tell you"

RK "as if you need to tell me, like I don't know"

Madhu - trying say and he shusshes her and leans in for a kiss and Madhu closes her eyes and give in.

I don't feel the kiss was part of the test. When I read his expression he was admiring Madhu blushing.

Madhu then said, "I thought I would confess first, but you confessed "RK"..." That word RK triggered a flashback

Dips telling him she always calls you RK and never Rishabh she loves RK not Rishabh.

What happened then was RK being insecure that My wife doesn't love me for myself she loves my image.

So he was pressing her to express her love for him.

His expression as he heard her express her feelings was a worried furrow around his brow, to me the only time the test kicked in was when he challenged her only at the end "very well, leaving my name behind, my fame, my wealth, everything" RK stays here, just Rishabh and You go from here.

That was the test.

Yes, our poor Madhu will think possibly even the whole declaration from RK was meaningless and not true, kiss included.

yes me too think Kiss happened,,,,seeing Madhu's blush...and as we all know VD is not comfortable on kissing onscreen ..may be that's why they shot like this...curtains and then immediate chawl scene...
