The boy looks up to her and asks, "She will be alright, right?"

Looking at the fear of losing his Di in the boy's eyes, Madhu is at lost as to how to answer to the boy. They did not know what her condition was.

Fearing that her voice will give away her fear, Madhu nods her head and pulls the boy into an embrace.

The trio watch on as different nurses come and go into the room, refusing to answer an questions, all replying that the doctor would be with them soon.

The trio sent a prayer for the girl, praying that she pulls through.

It has been a long day and night for RK, Madhu and the little boy, whose name was Arnav.

In between, both her and his mother had called as they were wondering where they disappeared to. Madhu quickly explained what happened and told them they will contact them once the situation was better.

Madhu and RK tried different techniques to get Arnav to talk about his past, in hopes of getting more details as to why he and his Di were stranded. They both felt there was something bigger to the picture. Arnav at first was reluctant refused to tell them at first about his past but as the day passed, as the fear of losing his Di increased, he told them everything.

He had told them about how they had a peaceful and happy life until about two years ago. Arnav was 10 years old and his Di, Anjali, was 14. Their mother had found out that their father was having an affair with his secretary. Since that unfortunate day she had found out, his father started to abuse her. Not in front of the kids, but when they were off to sleep. He would say mean things to her, hit her and leave her to tend to her own wounds while he went off to his mistress's house. Their mother would brush off the wounds claiming that it was small accidents as they were young to understand what was going on, but Anjali figured something was off. She kept pestering her mother to tell her what it was, and she would just brush it off and reminded her not to tell Arnav of anything as he was too young to understand. For Arnav, everything was perfect as he did not know anything until one unfortunate day...

"I wish I was older. I could of saved my mother" Arnav turned into Madhu's arm and started to cry his heart out. At the mere age of 12, Arnav has faced a lot in their life. Arnav cried for a long while before he fell asleep in Madhu's arm. Madhu shifted him so he was in a more comfortable position to sleep and started to run her hand through his hair. She felt his sorrow even though he hadn't told them everything. She looked up to Rk, who was on his phone.

"Bittuji, I want you to find out everything you can about Arnav and Anjali Malik. I want their full history as soon as possible. Also, cancel shoot for this and next week." and with that he puts the phone down to see his Biwi look at him.

She was about to ask him something, when the doctor had finally come out.

"How is she?" asked Madhu and RK in unison, however quietly, as they did not want to wake up Arnav.

"She is doing much better than she was when she came in. How are you related to her?" questioned the doctor.

Madhu panicked, she didn't know what to say when she heard RK speak up, "Their are my sibilings."

The doctor gave him a look which meant to say, You are the Superstar that every one knows about. Every one knows you don't have siblings but he didn't say anything as he knew that he wanted to keep his job, he better stay quiet about it.

"Well, she is fine now. I've administered her wounds and given her medicines. I can she has suffered from polio in the past, but you guys have been on top of her medicines, so they have been under control. She should stay here for over night then you can take her home tomorrow."

"How is Di?" Arnav questioned as he woke up.

"Your di is fine. She just needs to stay for the night, then you can take her home."

After a moment of silence, RK speaks up, "Doctor, can you check Arnav here too? Do like a physical examination."

"I'm Arnav, I don't need a check up. I'm fine." Arnav gets off Madhu's lap to sit on the chair properly and stares at RK.

"I'll listen to your bhai here young boy"

Arnav softens his expression but returns back to his glare. He has learned from his past not to trust people, especially those who he has just met.

"You got no choice, you either let the doctor do a physical examination or I wont let you see your Di"

"RK" Madhu gives a stern look at RK for threatening a young boy, but this goes unnoticed by RK and Arnav as they have a staring contest.

"You wouldn't dare"

Trying to take control before matters worsened, Madhu placed her hands softly on Arnav's face and made him turn toward her, "I know you care for your Di a lot, and I'm sure she does care for you a lot as well. I'm sure she would happy if you would do a check up so she knows that you are alright. If you go now, I'm sure the doctor will be done with you before Anjali wakes up, right doctor?"

"Yes of course, it doesn't take that long to do an examination and Anjali won't be waking up for at least another two to three hours."

"So what do you say?" questions Madhu.

After pondering for a while, "Ok, I'll go just for Di. You will let me know if something happens before I come back right?"

"Don't worry, nothing will happen to Anjali. Now you go hurry up and get that examination over with" Madhu softly replies as she places a hand over his back, slightly pushing him towards the doctor.

As soon as he got up, Arnav felt everything was moving to fast. Before he blacked, all he remembered was this man, the man who the doctor called was my bhai, run towards him.

As soon as he got up, RK sensed something was off. He noticed Arnav's expression change and he rushed towards his side before Arnav could hit the ground. He fainted.

RK got up and went with the Doctor to get Arnav checked up, when he realized Madhu was following him, "Did you forget your promise to Arnav? Go stay with Anjali. Someone should be there just in case she wakes up." With that, RK rushes off behind the doctor into another examination room.

Madhu returns back to her seat, sends a prayer to God Almighty to save these two souls. I wonder why these two young kids had to face a lot at such a young age.
