Ummm I would say Varun Kapoor...looks wise he is very similar to Vivian...one would assume him to be Vivian's younger sibling...I would suggest him as Kunal...if you see his puc...u'll see how similar they look..same jaw line...face cut...damn he is too good...he was lastly cast in Na Aana Iss Des Laado as Diya's husband...I know there won't be any votes for him...but as you said he is similar in looks (I know u meant handsome)...so I thot that maybe you could use him to be Kunal...btw please pm me whenever you update...
