However, today's episode still annoyed me, because I'm thinking of the future, every single festival will have some baggage from his step family that will cause RK to have an adverse reaction to participating. That's what we have seen so far. Perhaps Diwali he will be loved up and will do all the necessary without too much fuss but still Madhu will have to tread carefully and manage him with kid gloves.

yaar...he doesn't believe in rituals...n he expected Biwi to obey that...which she obviously didn't...so he got annoyed...plus i guess he doesn't want to bind her by such rituals which take a toll on her & make her do stuff by going over the board...shes tooo nice for him...n has done soo much for him already in the past...bcz of which he already feels soo obliged...and now this fasting for him...staying hungry all day for his life...just increases that baggage on him...he just doesn't want her to go thru more bcoz of him or for him...😊...now when he cools down...he'll realize what wrong he has done...n will rush to be by Biwi's side...😉

ahh the issue of men here , why do women have to do the job to sensitize them? its not the question of gender here..anyone who has the power and undeniable connection with you to dig through your defenses is your sensitizer and that can be anyone , it is not always the wife ...and everybody has baggage and none of us ask anyone to dismantle that baggage neither do we need any help or any sort of caring gesture to normalize that trauma or baggage..it is like khud intentionally aag mein kud , aur phir jis pe aag lagi hai , ussi ko blame karo..kyun? jispe aag lagi hai , usney invitation diya tha uss aag ko bhujaaney ke liye? ajeeb hai yaar.lol. And what Madhu faced was hurt but her will did not give up , and rk has given up in everything long ago for the reason she is not giving up on him..isn't it simple? No one asked her to do it but she is willingly doing it , and making that poison sweet for her because she knows he is worth it , and her love is worth it.

You have a point...he still has trust issues. May be he thinks that Madhu is still in the pitying mode and is trying to make up for her father's deeds...that dad trying take his life and the daughter trying to prolong it.

What I don't get at all is why he's even letting the so called family live in his house! Every time he sees them, he's reminded of their individual and collective betrayal.
