Rk will say to inspector that isnt there a open case for the attack against shamsher malik, inspector says yes then i would like to say it was me who did that to him so arrest me as well... i also have video coverage of that n you can see me instigating him so dips will have no choice to withdraw the case

RK is the one who was attacked and the final call lies with him whether he wants to pursue this case further or not...
If he tells the police to stop this case, the police will have to stop it, so Dipz has no chance...
