Oh I don't get the costume designer at all.. Although do they not list Zara as one of the places where they get their clothes? I could be wrong as I can't read the credits and all I see is a little thing that says Zara (although now that I think about it was this perhaps I saw it on a different serial). I mean I've been to the Zara here and while there are sometimes some very quesitonable things in there they have some nice outfits too. Are they just getting Bittuji's wacky shirts there and then calling it a day without perusing the catalouge to see what other offerings there might be?

My guess is that since its a new PH, they are paying most of the money to VD and DD.. And dont forget Dipzy's make up! That leaves nothing for the clothes... We must be thankful they are all dressed decently and not shown in torn clothes.. Superstar RK has no designer clothes... They should spend some money to get some good stuff for RK and Madhu..

@Bittuji's clothes: I think they picked it up for cheap from the discarded section...

Except for one or two of Madhu's clothes all the rest are just very bad...

Yes they do have... They have a history of doing Nautankis... What else is Dipzy, Sikky and RK doing on-screen?

Thanks Pippa. I was wondering all along that there may be some metaphorical similarities in this Visarjan ceremony and that one where Padmini is smeared in Vermilion. I had always identified Padmini and RK as quite similar in repressed memories, living with pain and building new life around them. Though each one turns out different.

As I had not seen the show in earlier days, I was wishing someone could throw some light on this.
